Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not cover return shipping costs unless products were incorrect or damaged. We offer only refunds, not exchanges. We do not accept gift card returns.
To initiate your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason why. A support ticket will be generated which will be used for communication purposes to keep you informed on the status of your return.
We will send you a prepaid label to return your products free of cost, provided the products were purchased during the period stated above and the return is initiated on or before January 31, 2022.
All product returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging (for protection during shipping) and include all components. Once the return has been received, we will notify you via email, and you will receive the refund via your initial form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you receive incorrect or damaged products in your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Be sure to indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was damaged. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
