Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. We do not cover return shipping costs unless products were incorrect or damaged. We offer only refunds, not exchanges. We do not accept gift card returns.

You may choose any shipping carrier that is convenient for you, but please ensure to keep your tracking number for your own reference. If you need assistance with return shipping, we can send you a prepaid label, the return cost will be deducted from your refund total. All product returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging (for protection during shipping) and include all components. Once the return has been received, we will notify you via email, and you will receive the refund via your initial form of payment within 3-5 business days.
