Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. We do not cover return shipping costs unless products were incorrect or damaged. We offer only refunds, not exchanges. We do not accept gift card returns.
To initiate your return, please email email@example.com with your order number, the item(s) you'd like to return, and the reason why. A support ticket will be generated which will be used for communication purposes to keep you informed on the status of your return.
You may choose any shipping carrier that is convenient for you, but please ensure to keep your tracking number for your own reference. If you need assistance with return shipping, we can send you a prepaid label, but the return cost will be deducted from your refund total.
All product returns must be shipped back to us in their original packaging (for protection during shipping) and include all components. Once the return has been received, we will notify you via email, and you will receive the refund via your initial form of payment within 3-5 business days.
Incorrect or Damaged Goods
If you receive incorrect or damaged products in your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to indicate your order number, as well as the item that was shipped in error or was damaged. We will process a replacement shipment and provide return instructions if applicable as soon as possible.
