The Medium Deep Dish

Ingredients

  • 5 oz (140g) fingerling potatoes
  • Salt, to taste
  • ¼ cup (55g) mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons yuzu kosho


Preparation

  1. Place potatoes in the Anyday dish. Rinse potatoes and drain. Season with salt, then cover with the lid (knob lifted). 
  2. Cook in the microwave for 6 minutes, or until the potatoes are fork-tender. 
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, mix the mayo and yuzu kosho until a smooth sauce is formed. Serve the potatoes alongside the sauce and enjoy.

Suggestions

  • Add some chopped parsley for a fresh touch.
  • Try it with some cayenne pepper for a spicy twist.
