This easy side appeals to the fans of sweet and savory! The microwave merges the flavors of sweet corn with the toasty, nutty flavor of brown butter and fragrant fresh thyme. Free up another rack in the oven by preparing this dish ahead of time, pop it in the microwave just before dinnertime, and serve it all in the same dish.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.
