Recipe notes
- For better results, mix the batter in a separate bowl, spray the Anyday with vegetable spray, and pour the batter in it before cooking.
- For a boxed mix, follow the instructions on the back of the box and pour the batter into the Anyday: For Large Shallow: Cook in the microwave for 4-5 minutes. For Medium Shallow: Split batter between two Medium Shallow Anyday dishes and cook in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. For Small Dishes: Divide batter among four Small Dishes and cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes each.
- Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
