- 1 cup (6oz/ 170g) farro
- 1⅓ cups (315ml) water
Preparation
- Place the farro in an Anyday dish and rinse thoroughly under cold tap water. Using the Anyday Strainer, strain the excess water.
- After straining, add the water to the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).
- Cook in the microwave for at Power Level 3tooltip for 25-30 minutes, or until the grains are tender.
- Fluff the farro with a fork, then serve as desired.

- Farro Soup: Add cooked farro to vegetable or chicken soup for added texture and heartiness. It's a great way to bulk up soups and make them more satisfying.
