Preparation

  1. Add the oil, scallions, and shrimp to the Anyday dish. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until the scallions are softened and the shrimp is partially cooked.
  2. Add Maya Kaimal Jalfrezi Curry sauce and continue to cook for 4-5 minutes, or until the shrimp is fully cooked.
  3. Warm the Maya Kaimal Basmati Rice to the package directions. Top with chopped cilantro and serve.

Suggestions

  • You may substitute shrimp for diced chicken.
  • For a vegetarian version, replace the shrimp with firm tofu or cauliflower florets.
  • You may substitute rice with cooked couscous.
