Savor the delicious flavors in this corn soup, reminiscent of classic Mexican street corn (elote), all made effortlessly with Anyday cookware. The perfect combination of spiciness, sweetness, and creaminess is enhanced by the crumbled cotija cheese, offering a sharp contrast to the sweet corn. Meanwhile, the smokiness of chipotle peppers provides a perfectly balanced touch. It's like taking a culinary journey to Mexico without ever leaving your kitchen.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work—, and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.
