Ingredients

  • 1 cup (160g) apples, peeled and sliced
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • ¾ teaspoon maple syrup (or molasses)
  • Vanilla ice cream, to serve

Preparation

  1. Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and grated ginger to the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with the lid (knob lifted).
  2. Cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, or until apples are tender when pierced with a fork.
  3. Drizzle maple syrup across the apples and stir to thoroughly mix. Serve with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
