Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- ¾ cup (200ml) water
- 1 pack Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
- Place olive oil, butter, and miso in the Anyday and cover with the lid (knob lifted). Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the butter is melted and the miso is lightly caramelized.
- Add the water, sauce packet, black pepper, and stir to combine. Add the noodles.
- Cook uncovered for 5-6 minutes,
- Serve immediately with parmesan cheese.
Serving suggestions & tips
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar or lemon juice at the end for a tangy touch.
- Add sliced bok choy or small broccoli florets for extra veggies.
- Try it with frozen peas and corn for a delicious dish.
