Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ask any football fan and they'll tell you that this spread is a halftime must. Mix shredded rotisserie chicken with cream cheese, spicy and tangy Buffalo sauce, ranch seasoning, and even more cheese to make this classic party dip. Â

Ingredients
- ½ cup rotisserie chicken
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, cubed
- ÂĽ cup (60g) buffalo sauce
- 1 cup (80g) shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 teaspoons ranch powder
- Vegetables or chips, for dipping
Preparation
- Add the chicken, butter, cream cheese, and buffalo sauce into the Anyday dish and mix slightly. Cover with the lid (knob lifted). Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the cheddar cheese and ranch powder. If needed, add 1-2 more minutes or until the dip is well mixed and the cheeses are melted.
- Serve with vegetables and/or chips!
Serving suggestions & tips
- Top with crumbled blue cheese for an extra kick.
- Substitute the chicken for turkey if desired.
- For a vegetarian option, use chopped oyster mushrooms instead of chicken.
- If you like your dip spicier, add a few dashes of hot sauce to your liking.
