Creamy, cheesy, and flecked with bits of ground beef, this classic Tex-Mex dip is sure to be a hit at your next party. Pair it with a bag of tortilla chips, or better yet, drizzle with reckless abandon over an entire sheet pan of nachos.
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.

Serving suggestions & tips
- For a hotter queso, add some dashes of your favorite hot sauce when you add the cooked beef.
- For a smoky touch, season with adobo sauce from a can of chipotle peppers.
- Substitute ground turkey for beef.
- For a vegetarian version, substitute the cooked beef for cooked lentils.
