White miso and black pepper adds extra umami to this classic noodle dish. Use Momofuku Goods noodles as your base for a quick dinner made faster and easier in the microwave!

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons white miso
- ¾ cup (200ml) water
- 1 pack Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles
- 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated
Preparation
- Place olive oil, butter, and miso in the Anyday and cover with the lid (knob lifted). Cook in the microwave for minutes, or until the butter is melted and the miso is lightly caramelized.
- Add the water, sauce packet, black pepper, and stir to combine. Add the noodles.
- Cook uncovered for minutes,
- Serve immediately with parmesan cheese.
Serving suggestions & tips
- Drizzle some balsamic vinegar at the end for a tangy touch.
- Squeeze some fresh lemon juice before serving.
