The Medium Deep Dish

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons white miso
  • ¾ cup (200ml) water
  • 1 pack Momofuku Soy & Scallion Noodles
  • 1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

  1. Place olive oil, butter, and miso in the Anyday and cover with the lid (knob lifted). Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes or until the butter is melted and the miso is lightly caramelized.
  2. Add the water, sauce packet, black pepper, and stir to combine. Add the noodles. 
  3. Cook uncovered for 6-7 minutes
  4. Serve immediately with parmesan cheese. 

Suggestions

  • Drizzle some balsamic vinegar or lemon juice at the end for a tangy touch.
  • Add sliced bok choy or small broccoli florets for extra veggies.
  • Try it with frozen peas and corn for a delicious dish.
