Ingredients

  • ½ teaspoon vegetable oil
  • ½ cup (60g) onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 (1.8 ounce) Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Starter
  • ¾ lb (340g) pork shoulder, thinly sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds (Optional)
  • Cooked white rice, for serving

Preparation

  1. Add the oil and onion into a clean Anyday and cover with lid (knob lifted). Cook in the microwave for 1-2 minutes, or until the onion has softened.
  2. Place the thinly sliced pork and Omsom Korean Spicy Bulgogi Starter in the Anyday and mix well. Continue cooking for 4-5 minutes or until the pork is cooked through and the onions have become tender, stirring halfway through for even cooking.
  3. Serve with white rice and garnish with sesame seeds, if desired.
