Maya Kaimal makes one of our favorite weeknight dinners even easier! Chicken thighs are cooked in rich and savory Butter Masala sauce and served with ready-to-heat Basmati Rice.

Ingredients
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- ¾ lb (340 g) boneless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 (12.5 oz) jar Maya Kaimal Butter Masala Sauce
- Cilantro, finely chopped, as needed, optional
- Maya Kaimal Basmati Rice, warmed, for serving
Preparation
- Place the garlic, ginger, oil, and chicken into the Anyday dish. Cover with lid (knob lifted).
- Cook in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until fragrant and the chicken is partially cooked.
- Add the Maya Kaimal Butter Masala Sauce and stir to combine. Cover and cook for 4 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with Maya Kaimal Basmati Rice.
Serving suggestions & tips
- For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken for firm tofu or cauliflower florets.
- Enjoy with fresh naan bread on the side.
- You may substitute chicken with shrimp.
