Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Add the oil and potatoes to the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook for  2 minutes.
  2. Add the A Dozen Cousins Trini Chickpea Curry and continue cooking for  2 minutes, or until the curry has warmed up enough.
  3. Serve with A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice, greek yogurt (if desired), and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Serving suggestions & tips

  • Enjoy with naan on the side.
  • Bulk up this meal with shredded chicken, frozen peas, carrots, or other desired vegetables.
