Serving suggestions & tips
Make Hot Cocoa Sticks: Pour prepared ganache into 2-Tablespoon Anytime Trays. Top with crushed peppermint, mini marshmallows, chili flakes, flaky sea salt, or caramel chips, if desired. Push a popsicle stick or short pastry dowel into the center and transfer to the fridge to cool for at least 2 hours. When ready to serve, add a Hot Cocoa Stick to a mug. Pour hot milk or water over the puck and stir to melt completely. Enjoy with whipped cream!
For Hot Fudge Sauce: Combine 1 can (14oz) sweetened condensed milk, 1 cup (150g) dark chocolate chips, and 2 tablespoons cocoa powder in an Anyday deep dish and stir to combine. Microwave for 90 seconds, stirring until smooth.
Chocolate is very sensitive to heat! When in doubt, cook chocolate in the microwave for less time than indicated on the recipe. You can always add more time!
Have leftover ganache? Use Anytime Trays! Pour the cooled chocolate sauce into the trays and allow to set in the freezer overnight. When you’re ready to use the sauce, pop it out of the Anytime Tray and microwave in an Anyday dish in 30-second increments. Store in an air-tight container in the freezer for up to 3 months!
Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
