The Medium Deep Dish

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 6 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 teaspoons Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, diced
  • ½ small white onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tablespoon dry white wine
  • ¾ cup (200ml) water
  • 1 (3.35 ounce) pack Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles
  • Lemon zest (for serving)
  • 1 scallion, chopped (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine the oil, shrimp, and Momofuku Spicy Seasoned Salt into the Anyday, mixing well. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook for 2-3 minutes or until shrimp is cooked through. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.
  2. Add the butter, onion, and garlic into the same dish (do not wash), cover with lid (knob lifted), and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Add the water and the sauce packets from the Momofuku Spicy Soy Noodles, and stir to combine. Add the noodles, cover with the lid, and cook for 6 minutes, stirring halfway through.
  4. Add the shrimp and top with lemon zest, scallions, and more Spicy Seasoned Salt, if desired.
