Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 (1.8 ounce) Omsom Thai Larb Starter
- 1 scallion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 1 small shallot, thinly sliced
- Lettuce leaves, for serving (optional)
- Cooked white rice, for serving (optional)
Preparation
- Add the chicken, water, and half of the Omsom Thai Larb Starter into the Anyday and mix well. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook for 3 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked.
- Add the remaining Omsom Thai Larb Starter, scallions, and cilantro. Mix until all ingredients are well coated and the chicken has broken up into small pieces. Add shallot and mint.
- Serve with cooked white rice or serve in lettuce cups.
