  • 1 cup (200g) pumpkin purée, fresh or canned
  • cups (350ml) vegetable stock
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup (60ml) heavy cream
  • Toasted pumpkin seeds, for garnish (optional)
  • Sour cream, for garnish (optional)
  • Fried sage leaves, for garnish (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add pumpkin puree, vegetable stock, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, salt, garlic powder, cayenne, black pepper, and butter to an Anyday Deep dish and stir to combine.
