This Low Country boil is traditionally enjoyed with a crowd, but our version is just as festive and delicious in smaller servings. Juicy shrimp, sweet corn, and hearty kielbasa sausage are simmered with Cajun spices for a vibrantly flavored meal. Eating with your hands is encouraged!
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work— and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.

- Cook in the microwave for 8 minutes, or until vegetables have begun to soften.
- Place the shrimp on top and continue cooking for 3-4 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.
- Sprinkle on chopped parsley and enjoy with lemon wedges and melted butter. If needed, add some extra salt to taste.
Serving suggestions & tips
- You can add crab meat alongside the shrimp for a more seafood-focused dish.
- Substitute half of the stock with light beer for a richer flavor.
- Substitute shrimp for mushrooms and use vegetable stock for a vegetarian-friendly meal.
Recipe notes
- If using frozen shrimp, add 1-2 extra minutes of cooking time.
- Why use an Anyday?
- Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
