  1. Place the oil, onion, garlic, bell pepper, and chorizo in the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook in the microwave for 2 minutes or until the vegetables have softened.
  2. Add the A Dozen Cousins Cuban Black Beans, Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice, and cumin and continue cooking for 3 minutes.
  3. Garnish with freshly chopped cilantro and serve.
