Curry in a hurry, made easy! We paired A Dozen Cousin’s ready-to-reheat Trini Chickpeas with potatoes and rice for a simple side dish, made in the microwave. Add chicken or pork for a complete meal!

  1. Add the oil and potatoes in the Anyday dish and stir to combine. Cover with lid (knob lifted) and cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add the A Dozen Cousins Trini Chickpea Curry and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the curry has warmed up enough.
  3. Serve with A Dozen Cousins Sea Salt Bone Broth Rice, greek yogurt (if desired), and garnish with chopped cilantro.

Serving suggestions & tips

  • Enjoy with naan on the side.
  • Bulk up this meal with shredded chicken, frozen peas and carrots or other desired vegetables.
