Instant ramen is a microwave must, so naturally we put our own Anyday spin on it. Transform a package of instant noodles by adding in different proteins, veggies, sauces, garnishes (and even a slice of melted American cheese!).
All of Anyday’s recipes are tested (and retested!) in many different microwave and home kitchens to make sure they work—, and work well. Unless specified otherwise, all recipes should be cooked at full power.

- Top with crispy onions or shallots for added crunch.
Recipe notes
- By cooking this recipe without a lid, you can avoid the risk of overflow caused by starchy water.
- Microwave ovens vary, even with the same wattages. Adjust cooking times as needed.
